Updating Address and Cell Phone Number

1. Log into MyISU portal: http://portal.volamdolong.com/ISU/login

2. Click on the Student Self-Service Link

 

3. Once in Student Self-Service click Miscellaneous, then Personal Information
 

4. Next click the Personal Information box in the center of the screen
 

 

 

Click on the link below that describes your current living situation and follow the appropriate directions
I AM LIVING IN A RESIDENCE HALL
I AM LIVING IN OFF CAMPUS HOUSING, BUT NOT COMMUTING FROM HOME
I AM A COMMUTER STUDENT

 

 

 

I AM LIVING IN A RESIDENCE HALL

1. Verify your residence hall address is correct. If not, please contact 住宅生活

2. Add your cell phone number
     a) Click Add New at the far right of the Phone Number section
     b) Select Cell Phone as the Phone Type
     c) Enter the Area Code and Phone Number
     d)单击“添加”

 

 

I AM LIVING IN OFF CAMPUS HOUSING, BUT NOT COMMUTING FROM HOME

1. Verify your Local address is correct.

     a) If your Local address is incorrect, click the edit button under this address


     b) Enter the date in as the date in which you no longer lived at this residence under VALID UNTIL


     c)单击“更新”
     d) Click Add New and enter your new Local Address
     e) Select Local-student as the Type of Address
     f) Enter today's date as the VALID FROM date
     g)单击“添加”




2. Add your cell phone number
     a) Click Add New at the far right of the Phone Number section
     b) Select Cell Phone as the Phone Type
     c) Enter the Area Code and Phone Number
     d)单击“添加”

 

 

I AM A COMMUTER STUDENT

1. Verify your Mailing address is correct.

     a) If your Mailing address is incorrect, click the edit button under this address


     b) Enter the date in as the date in which you no longer lived at this residence under VALID UNTIL


     c)单击“更新”
     d) Click Add New and enter your new Mailing Address
     e) Select Mailing as the Type of Address
     f) Enter today's date as the VALID FROM date
     g)单击“添加”




2. Add your cell phone number
     a) Click Add New at the far right of the Phone Number section
     b) Select Cell Phone as the Phone Type
     c) Enter the Area Code and Phone Number
     d)单击“添加”
